Kurzfassung:
Relates the life story of Paul Raphaelson, a Jew who was born in 1913 in Mönchengladbach. He was deported to Theresienstadt in 1942, together with his mother, who perished there. In April 1944 Raphaelson joined the commando working at Wulkow, where he became a kapo and was especially cruel to the prisoners. In May 1945, after the SS left, Raphaelson was held captive by his co-prisoners, but managed to escape. He was arrested in April 1946 by the British, and handed over to Czech authorities. He was tried in Prague, sentenced to death, and executed in May 1947.
