Abstract:
Deals with the Eichmann trial - the significance of including testimonies of the victims of the persecution as evidence, which had a great impact on the collective memory. Presents Hannah Arendt's reading of the episode of the Israeli writer Ka-Tzetnik (Yechiel Dinur), who collapsed on the witness stand, and then presents her own interpretation of this courtroom scene.
