Abstract:
The essay deals with a topic that has been heatedly debated in recent years, that of the recognition of the racial persecutions. The public administration and the accounting judiciary have often taken positions, ensured out comes and made decisions that have undergone much discussion. It is also an examination of the legislation, from the 1955 Terracini Law to the recent law n. 178 of 2020, in a sort of “leitmotif” connecting the the me of memory with that of collective responsibility and the consequences of racial persecution in Italy.
