Abstract:
The Holocaust is the main accusation that antifascists can make against right radicalism; hence, every right radical movement must articulate its attitude toward the Nazi genocide. Reviews the attitudes toward the Holocaust of the four main strains of present-day Russian right radicalism. The exponents of the "imperialist" trend condemn the Holocaust and dissociate themselves from Nazism. The "Old Rightists" play on the myth of the "Nazi-Zionist plot" and tend to blame the Jews themselves for the Holocaust. The neo-Nazis show a diversity of attitudes toward the Holocaust: Holocaust denial; approval of Hitler's Final Solution with the idea to emulate it; and, most often, justification of the genocide as "necessary" or inevitable, although they don't approve of it. The neo-pagans mostly neglect the Holocaust.
