Abstract:
The work written by the Jewish poet Claude Vigée is placed under the sign of two words, which are the origins of this poetry: “separation” (because of the Second World War) and “reparation”. This tension between “separation” and “reparation” exists also in many other works by French poets, particularly Yves Bonnefoy et Philippe Jaccottet. The quest of “reparation” is deeply linked to a desire of unity between language, human being and universe.
