Abstract:
Discusses the references to Franz Kafka and Anne Frank in Philip Roth's trilogy "Zuckerman Bound", and the significance of antisemitism as discovered by Zuckerman during his trip to Prague. Concludes with the statement that the Holocaust, as Roth has said, is the ground of these Zuckerman novels - "hidden, submerged, emerging, disappearing, unforgotten".
