Abstract:
Argues that a total war is being conducted against Israel and "Zionism" today. "Zionists", whether Jewish or not, are demonized and singled out as the absolute enemy; in addition, all Jews are identified as "Zionists", except those who actively condemn Israel. Today's Judeophobia is characterized by Islamization and left-wing extremism, which have turned the legitimization of terrorism into a feature of everyday life. The war against "Zionism" is cultural rather than political, and based on anti-Zionism as a new, secular, universalist religion. This religion is also embraced by well-meaning left-wing intellectuals. Traces the birth and construction of radical anti-Zionism's main accusations: "Zionism equals racism" and "Zionism equals Nazism", and discusses the means used to criminalize Zionism internationally. The strong anti-Israel sentiment is confirmed by international polls, proof of the efficiency of anti-Zionist propaganda. Concludes that radical anti-Zionism is one of the main forms of racism prevalent today. However, this deadly racism has hardly been noticed, a fact that makes it all the more dangerous.
