Abstract:
The paper Educational Turn in Holocaust Representation – A Theoretical Framework focuses on the changes that the educational turn brought to the processesof learning about the Holocaust in contemporary times, as well as to the way weperceive Holocaust representations in postmemory context. It examines the function of memory and postmemory in educational surrounding, explores the roleof educational institutions in the informational age and opens up further paths ofthought regarding listed topics.
