Abstract:
Describes a conversation which took place after the outbreak of the Second World War between the author and Carl Schmitt, the German political and legal theorist known as "the crown jurist" of the Third Reich. Schmitt told Sombart that it was the Jews who invented race theory and that they conspire to conquer the world, basing these views on Benjamin Disraeli's novel "Tancred".
