Abstract:
Reading Claude Vigée’s writings in the light of the Babel narrative, is to assess the extent to which this myth represents - for one who feels threatened with dislocation and aphasia – the great danger. But the antidote to evil exists: in the face of the challenge posed by « the impure languages of Babel », the poet’s approach is to « get across » « the original radiance of the Aleph » through the very specific form of the judan.
