Abstract:
Discusses the present anti-racial legislation in Italy as a reaction to the fascist racial laws, stating that juridically the prohibition of racial discrimination is included within the prohibition of fascist activities. Claims that there is a need for specific legislation against racially-motivated offenses (e.g. law 205 of June 1993). Pp. 63-66 describe the antisemitic campaign of 1937 and the subsequent racial laws under the fascist regime.
