Abstract:
The escape of Holocaust survivors uprooted from Europe and their illegal immigration to the land of Israel at the time of the British Mandate is part of the living history in this land. The film follows the intricate paths over land and sea of that immigration, by means of the collective memories of Jewish, British and Italian participants, more than thirty years after the events took place, through the story of the immigrant boat with the name that became a motto: "Lo Tafhidunu" - you will not succeed frightening us.
