Kurzfassung:
Law dissertation, accompanied by a correspondence with the dean of the law school of Breslau University and others. This manuscript is related to Schwerin's "Führertum Massengefolgschaft und das deutsche Strafrecht," but with considerable revisions. Although the overall structure and content are comparable, certain key concepts have been rethought; for example, in the earlier manuscript Schwerin analyzes the rise of a culture of mass criminality in the National Socialist state through a rubric of "Hegemonologie," while here Schwerin develops the concept of a "Führfolgelehre," or a "Lead-Follow-Principle," in place of the hegemonic analysis.
