Abstract:
Analyzes statements by Nolte about the Holocaust in which he compared Auschwitz to the Gulag Archipelago. Protests against Nolte's references to pseudo-historians (such as Paul Rassinier and Robert Faurisson) to support his arguments. Focuses on Nolte's discussions with Israeli historians, claiming that he uses these contacts as an alibi to prove that he is not anti-Jewish. Although he does not consider himself an antisemite, Nolte declares that responsibility for antisemitism can be attributed in part to the Jews themselves. Compares Nolte with Treitschke - two historians who helped to spread antisemitism.
