Abstract:
An International Conference for Combating Antisemitism was organized by the International Council of Christians and Jews in Seelisberg (Switzerland) in 1947. It adopted ten points, recommending that Christian religious instruction should emphasize Jesus' Jewish origins and avoid wholesale accusations (e.g. that all Jews are responsible for his crucifixion) which encourage antisemitism. Reproduces the ten points, with commentary. Adds that Christians should recognize that current anti-Israel agitation is another attack on the existence of the Jewish people.
