Abstract:
Contains opinions of the author, prepared at the request of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw, concerning six antisemitic books published between 1998-2002. The Prosecutor intended to open a case against the sale of antisemitic publications, based on the author's expertise. Two of the six publications are reprints from 1923 and 1936, while the others were written in the early 2000s. Tomaszewski proves that all of these publications manipulate historical facts and propagate the myth of a "Jewish conspiracy" to destroy Poland. The pamphlets instigate hatred of the Jews as a group and as individuals. Notes that the Prosecutor, who intended to bring actions against the authors and distributors of the antisemitic publications, was removed and the inquiry was discontinued.
