Abstract:
In this undated manuscript, Elisabeth Bamberger describes the process of her emigration from Germany. From October 1940 to February 1941 she went from Frankfurt, Germany, via the Soviet Union, Korea, and Japan, to her final destination in Quito, Ecuador. The manuscript is a very detailed description of the places she traveled through, including people she met and customs she experienced.
