Kurzfassung:
Arab antisemitism as a modern political, ideological, and media phenomenon correlates with the emergence of Zionism and the birth of the State of Israel. Arab anti-Jewish propaganda is comprised of three components: anti-Jewish opinions derived from traditional Islamic sources; antisemitic stereotypes, images, and accusations of European and Christian origin; and denial of the Holocaust and equation of Zionism with Nazism. Gives examples of each of these components, such as the contention that Jews are descended from apes and pigs, the idea that the Muslims will eventually kill all the Jews, the belief in the blood libel, the charge that the Jews killed Jesus, and the dissemination of the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion". The recommended response to this phenomenon is to monitor Arab antisemitism and to expose it, in the hope that exposure will lead to international protests.
