Kurzfassung:
The Tel Arza burial cave is one of the most elaborately decorated burial caves in the Second Temple period necropolis of Jerusalem. Its distylos in antis facade resembles a two-story edifice facade, probably indicating that the tomb was owned by an affluent Jewish family. This paper presents an analysis of the architectural components of the decorated facade, followed by a general discussion and comparative study as a means for providing a relative dating for the burial cave.
