Kurzfassung:
Contends that antisemitism exists due to the fact that the Jews are dispersed among the nations, and that Jewish identity is amorphous. Jews can maintain their own identity while adapting to various societies in different countries. Some non-Jews feel threatened by this possibility, that Jews might penetrate their societies and somehow take control over them. Antisemitic acts, such as the Holocaust, are often a result of this type of irrational thinking on the part of an individual, which is expressed publicly, and which then spreads to a wider sphere. Suggests that antisemitism would be reduced if all the Jews in the world lived in their own country, Israel.
