Abstract:
Denounces the anti-Jewish behavior of the International Committee of the Red Cross both during the Shoah and at the present. Rejects the ICRC's claim that it failed to protect the Jews in the 1940s because they fell outside the legal categories covered by the organization, and argues that the ICRC neglected to act on relevant international conventions. The ICRC has since apologized for its wartime negligence, but has been quick, since 1967, to condemn Israel for violating the Geneva Covention regarding the protection of civilians during war.
