Abstract:
After the main synagogue in München was destroyed on "Kristallnacht", the Jewish community (synagogue and offices) moved into a factory building formerly owned by Albert Einstein's family. Describes the welfare work of the community in the following difficult years until its dissolution in 1941, the internment of Jews in labor camps in the vicinity, and finally the deportations from November 1941 to the summer of 1943.
