Abstract:
In his postwar philosophy on "homelessness" and "exile, " Heidegger presented himself as the victim, in a philosophical sense, of some kind of exile, placing himself among those persecuted by the Nazis. He thereby "expropriated" the real victims, the Jews, and the real exile of the survivors. Considers Heidegger's position towards the Jews as a form of "a-Semitism" rather than antisemitism; he did not philosophize against the Jews, but without them.
