Abstract:
Refutes arguments which oppose the use of scientific data obtained through immoral experimentation, such as that carried out by Nazi scientists during the Holocaust. States that there are talmudic sources that seem to confirm the permissibility of utilization of information obtained in an illicit manner, certainly in cases of "pikuach nefesh" (when a person's life is in danger, and he/she can be saved by use of such information). Cites talmudic passages and rabbinic exegetical literature.
