Abstract:
Denial of the Holocaust takes several forms and is done for various reasons, but there is always an element of antisemitism involved. The deniers use already existing antisemitic stereotypes and prejudices, which they reproduce in a more or less direct way, with particular focus on the idea of a worldwide Jewish conspiracy. The Internet has made it possible for deniers to spread their message to every conceivable corner of the world. At the same time, computer technology has made it possible for a larger audience to find true information about the Holocaust.
