Abstract:
This article seeks to highlight the christological status of Gentiles, as emerges in the passage of Ephesians 2:11-22. Indeed, christological mediation is decisive because the Gentiles, once excluded from the Israel’s way of life and alien to the covenant, are reconciled to God through the cross of Christ. Moreover, in his blood the wall that separated the Jews and the Gentiles is demolished: now the two ethnic entities, by virtue of their adherence to the mystery of Christ, form a single new man, a single body, the holy temple of the Lord, the whose cornerstone is Christ.
