Abstract: Argues that, from the viewpoint of modern antisemitism, the "Jewish question" is seen as transnational as well as national, and therefore a transnational solution is sought. However, internal and external tensions and contradictions arise when otherwise ideologically incompatible groups try to form antisemitic "we-groups". The creation of antisemitic group combinations is accompanied by constant weighing of hostile versus friendly aspects of the potential ally. Highlights the resulting complex ideological maneuvers with examples from extreme right-wing, Islamist, and anti-imperialist leftist circles. Analyzes a text written in 2006 by German neo-Nazi Jürgen Gansel, a proclamation made in conjunction with the Al-Quds Day celebrations in Germany in 2009, as well as attempts to establish left-wing anti-Zionist alliances, as reflected in texts issued by the city guerrilla group Schwarze Ratten - Tupamaros Westberlin.
