    Abstract: Marion Louise Simon Misch (1869-1941) was an activist, teacher, writer, and businesswoman in Providence, Rhode Island. She served as president of the National Council of Jewish Women (1908-1913) and as president of the Rhode Island State Federation of Women's Clubs. She also wrote newspaper articles on Jewish topics, as well as Jewish prose and poetry, and she spoke extensively on music, education, women's issues, and Jewish issues on lecture tours in the United States, Canada, Germany, China, India, and Australia.
