Abstract:
Examines the difficulties of expressing the horrors of the Holocaust in aesthetic poetry. Adorno even called such literature "barbarian", although he considered that the victims also have a right to express themselves. Analyzes and compares three poems: by Alfred Margul-Sperber, Immanuel Weissglas, and Paul Celan.
