Abstract:
Painted plaster was discovered at Tel Kabri in 1988 and identified as Aegean-style fresco. Thus, it is considered a key for synchronizing the Aegean and the Levant in order to better our understanding of interconnections between the two regions. The renewed excavations at Kabri went on to uncover more painted fragments allowing us to further the discussion concerning the technology, style, and chronostratigraphic setting of the paintings.
