Kurzfassung:
Nazi physicians adopted Paracelsus (1493-1541) as their ideal, portraying him as a "völkisch", racist German and Jew-hater. Examines references to Jews in Paracelsus' works, showing that the Nazis' quotations are taken out of context: Paracelsus fulminated against Jewish quacks (fake doctors), just as he fulminated against quacks in general.
