Abstract:
Criticizes extant curricula on racism and antisemitism. Their main shortcomings are the lack of distinction between racial prejudice and racist actions, failure to show the difference between various degrees of both racism and antisemitism, and the lack of connection in most courses between racism and antisemitism. Scholars of antisemitism do not focus on its racist base, and scholars of racism limit their studies to racism directed against non-whites. Proposes a curriculum emphasizing the racist legacy of antisemitism.
